Refund policy
Damaged or Stolen Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for review, all damage or issue claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage, packaging, and shipping label as part of their claim.
Items damaged after delivery or after reception will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We strive to keep all customers satisfied; however, replacements are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
